Faq

Q Do you charge freight and what does it cost?
A The freight charge is calculated on what is ordered, the cubic dimensions and delivery point. If you would like a quote on delivery before placing your order please contact us.
 
Q Is the product that I am wanting to order available and if not what is the delay or delivery time to obtain the item?
A If it is not in stock and needs to be made to order we check with the factory as we deal direct with the manufacturer; generally it is approximately 20-24 weeks.
 
Q What colours are available?
A We only stock in black, or white on beauty products, and as indicated on the product info, but if the item is vinyl finished there is a range of colours to choose from which can have items custom made.  We can provide sample colour swatches on request.
 
Q What are the product dimensions?
A These are listed under product details. If unsure please contact us.
 
Q Do you have a showroom?
A  We are an online only store, veiwing is unavailable.

Q What are your opening hours?

A We are open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, (closed public holidays) but please feel free to leave a phone message or email us any time and we will get back to you just as soon as possible.
 
Q What are your payment options?
Visa, MasterCard, direct bank deposit and cash. Payment by credit cards incur a 3.5% surcharge.  All orders require a 50% deposit with balance due before delivery.
 
Q Is there a warranty provided?
A Yes, this is stated in our terms of trade provided at time of quoting.  Faulty items will be replaced/repaired or refunded.

We do not offer sale and return. However on agreement with the company, should the goods be returned in the original product packaging in good order and condition, at the purchasers cost, a refund would be made following inspection less restocking fee (minimum $25). Prior approval must be obtained before goods will be accepted.

 
Q What electrical plugs are supplied?
A Due to the different country regulations the items are not wired and holes are not always cut due to the many different client requirements for the plug location. However fittings are supplied to suit the unit on certain models.
 
Q Will I receive everything that is normally required to install basin units?
A Yes, however a licensed plumber will be needed to install units where plumbing is required.
 
Q Are the items fully assembled?
A Usually there is some simple assembly required. Instructions and any tools needed will be supplied.  We are unable to offer assembly services.

Q Do you export/ship internationally?
A Yes, we can arrange to ship overseas, however all export and freight costs must be arranged and paid for by you directly.
